This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, tracking or advertising tools. It does not load fonts, scripts or images from other companies. Our hosting provider processes the technical information needed to deliver pages to your browser, such as your IP address, and keeps short-lived server logs to keep the site secure.

When you email us, we use your name, email address and anything you include in your message only to reply to you and deal with your enquiry. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us. Our email is hosted by Google Workspace.

We keep your emails no longer than we need them for that purpose. We do not sell your data or use it for marketing.

Under UK GDPR you have the right to ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, and to ask us to correct it, delete it, or restrict or object to how we use it. To use any of these rights, email info@finteq.ltd. We will reply within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk. We would welcome the chance to deal with your concern first.

If we ever add analytics or other tracking to this website, we will update this notice and ask for your consent before it starts.
